The mission of Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Louisiana is to provide comfort, care and a home-away-from-home for families of seriously ill children.
Our objective is to enable families to practice family-centered care by providing them with all of the basic comforts of home.

Did you know that it costs $123 per night to provide accommodations and services for a family of four at RMHC-SLA and the average night stay is 15 nights? That's $1845 per family. In 2023, we were a sanctuary for 505 families and we're on track to assist even more this year.
