Aliana, 6 years old from Alexandria, LA, suffered severe ocular trauma of her right eye. She and her mom, Lakeisha, spent a total of 84 nights at RMHC. Mother and daughter have truly enjoyed staying at the house. Between doctor’s appointments, the pair spent countless hours on the front porch and in our downstairs family game room. Aliana’s sister, Zalia, would come from time to time to visit them, which was always a happy event. We were able to provide gift cards for them to enjoy the movies and dinner out.
