Our House thrives because of the dedication of volunteers. Whether you’re welcoming families at the front desk or supporting them more directly, your time makes a difference.
Family Services Volunteers (FSV): Work closely with staff, other volunteers, and our guest families. This rewarding role requires reliability and commitment—FSVs serve at least two shifts per month for six months. Volunteers must be 18 or older, complete an application, tour, interview, and background check before beginning.
Volunteer Receptionists: Help create a warm first impression by greeting visitors, answering phones, and taking messages. Receptionists serve in one of three daily shifts, Sunday through Saturday. This role requires no long-term commitment, and is open to anyone 16 or older.
