Nayvi, is 3-months old and his family is from Cecilia, LA. Nayvi was born 6 weeks premature and weighed 4 lbs. 1 oz. His lungs were not fully developed and he had to have surgery on his diaphragm to give his lungs more room to grow. Because of this, Nayvi requires oxygen to assist him with his breathing. The family has been staying with us for 76 nights and counting. “We are beyond grateful for the help we have received from the Ronald McDonald House. Everyone is so nice and we truly enjoyed the Halloween party”, says Nayvi’s mom, Keyosha. Because of RMHCSLA, Keyosha, Blaise, and Nuri (Nayvi’s big sister), this family is able to stay together and close to Nayvi as he heals and grow.
